Penn Badgley might've gained notoriety onscreen as Dan Humphrey in the OG Gossip Girl, but the actor has reached another level of recognition as the infamous anti-hero in You. The actor also appeared in two coming-of-age classics: Easy A and John Tucker Must Die.

Tati Gabrielle in the role of Marienne Bellamy

Marienne was initially presented in Season 3 as Joe's librarian coworker and the character's last obsession. After being advised by Love to go, she travelled to Paris with her daughter, and based on the teaser, it won't be long before Marienne reunites with Joe. Will his obsession with her fade when another target comes to mind? Tati Gabrielle plays Marienne in You, and she just appeared in another Netflix film, Kaleidoscope, an anthology. She was previously a member of the main casts of The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and The Owl House.

Kate is played by Charlotte Ritchie.

Kate, the new female lead in the series, has arrived. She is an art gallery director who isn't afraid to be honest with those around her. Unlike her boyfriend, the character regards her money as all in good fun. Although Kate and Joe do not agree when they first meet, she is destined to become one of Joe's next romantic interests. Charlotte Ritchie is a newcomer to the You cast, but she has created a name for herself on British television. Her most prominent work are Ghosts, Feel Good, and Call the Midwife.
